Shipping costs are €5.99. We offer free shipping on orders over €50.
Delivery/Delivery time
Deliveries from the Alpecin online shop are only possible within mainland Spain. Your order will be processed immediately and delivered to you via GLS within 4 to 6 working days. If not all of the desired items are in stock, partial deliveries will be made. These subsequent deliveries will be free of charge.
Shipping address and billing address
If you are not at home during GLS's usual delivery hours, we will of course send the order to the alternative address you provide.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are €12 for Spain. Shipping is free for orders over €45.
Will I receive a shipping confirmation?
Yes, you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. This email will also include a tracking link so you can check the status of your delivery online at any time.
What is the status of my order?
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. As soon as your package has been shipped, you will also receive a shipping confirmation with your GLS tracking number.
Please note that if you order multiple products, they may be delivered in separate shipments. In that case, you will receive multiple tracking numbers so that you can check each delivery separately.
