Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the cleaner and the stain remover?

The cleaner is formulated for the routine cleaning of the fabric. The stain remover is used locally to treat stains that are not removed by the cleaner.

Are they suitable for leather sofas?

Our products are developed for fabrics and have not been tested on leather. Therefore, we do not recommend using them on leather sofas. For that material, follow the manufacturer's instructions and use specific products.

Do I have to take the covers off the sofa to clean it?

It is not necessary. Our products are applied directly to the fabric, following the instructions for each product.

Can I clean just one area or the entire sofa?

It depends on what you need: you can treat a localized stain or perform a general cleaning. Choose the right product and follow its application instructions.

Where do I start if my sofa has dirt and stains?

Start with the cleaner. If stains remain, consider spot-treating them with the stain remover, following the instructions and performing a patch test first.

Does the protector change the feel of the fabric?

No, it restores a bit of vibrancy and slightly softens the feel.

How long does it take to dry?

It will depend on the time of year and the humidity, as well as the amount of product that has been applied.

  • Before any application:

    Remove excess solids or liquids.

  • Always remember:

Test on an inconspicuous area of the sofa or mattress and let dry.

  • Caution and warning:

Keep out of reach of children.
